WHAT HAVE WE DONE* WRONG?

What can be said about a father who left home with the hope of returning back to his family but was not opportuned to see their faces again?
What can be said about a wife who told her husband “BYE, SEE YOU LATER IN THE EVENING” without knowing that was the last time she will be saying her GOODBYE?
Or what should we do about the little kids who left for school,
But didn’t get home to eat dinner with the rest of the family?
“A DEAD PERSON IS BETTER THAN A MISSING PERSON” isn’t that what we all say?
Then what should be said about a person who can’t be identified as either be dead or missing?
Lives have been lost beyond recognition.
A wife can’t point and say that is my husband,
A child can’t look at a corpse and say that’s my mum,
Relations, families being shattered in just a day,
Calamites upon disasters,
A day incident that brought a life time sorrow,
Happiness stolen without charges,
“A meet you tomorrow” became ” Till we meet again in the abode of the lord”,
These lives lost, are all related to each and everyone of us directly or indirectly,
Death came in and snatched a mother away from her children,
A husband away from his wife,
Workers away from their bosses,
Siblings are been forced to say untimely goodbyes.
No one is truly safe until everybody is safe.
Let not talk about the end time,
Let us talk about the areas where a step is to be taken but nothing is done,
Leaving majority in despair,
Writing this with tears in my heart,
What exactly are we being punished for?
Questions left unanswered.
Darkness isn’t the absence of light,
It is the conviction that light will never return,
But light always returns to show us things that are familiar,
It shows us new possibilities and challenges us to pursue them.
As long as there is life, there is still hope,
The journey seems strenuous and dark right now but with faith and consistent prayers,
Laughter and victory shall triumph,
Peacefulness shall be ours.
